Application Tech Support Practitioner

Role Overview Accenture is seeking a Genesys Cloud CX Lead and Solution Architect to lead the support, design, and deployment of enterprise contact center solutions in Bengaluru. In this senior role, you will translate functional requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance customer experience architectures. Join us to direct technical implementations and define best practices in platform governance. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Genesys Cloud CX deployments. - Configure Genesys Cloud features including voice, chat, email, SMS, IVR, and routing. - Define and enforce best practices in configuration, deployment, and change management. - Provide technical mentorship and training to internal engineering teams. - Integrate contact center systems with CRMs like Salesforce, ServiceNow, or MS Dynamics. - Resolve complex production issues and manage partner support escalations. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field. - At least 10 years of experience in contact center technologies, with 5+ years on Genesys Cloud. - Proven experience designing, deploying, and migrating legacy systems to Genesys Cloud. - High proficiency in Genesys Architect, APIs, JSON, and JavaScript.
