Application Tech Support Practitioner

Role Overview Accenture is seeking an Application Tech Support Practitioner with specialization in Genesys Cloud CX to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will serve as the ongoing interface between the client and our application, ensuring systems run smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your deep product knowledge to resolve complex application issues. Key Responsibilities - Handle day-to-day contact center operations, providing L2 support for Genesys Cloud CX. - Troubleshoot basic issues associated with integration, call flow design, and routing. - Analyze logs from agents, SIP messages, and ISDN logs using tools like Wireshark. - Plan, coordinate, track, and execute system migrations and operational updates. - Identify automation opportunities to optimize workflows and team efforts. - Mentor junior team members to help them achieve target timelines and deliverables. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with 15 years of full-time education. - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Genesys Cloud CX. - Good knowledge of contact center systems, routing, IVR, and SIP flows. - Ability to diagnose issues by reading system logs and network traces.
