AI Engineer

Role Overview Docusign is looking for a skilled Generative AI Engineer to join its quality engineering team in Bengaluru. In this individual contributor role, you will design and build AI-powered Quality Agents that automate the end-to-end Software Test Life Cycle, helping teams deliver faster, smarter, and more reliable software. You will report to the Senior Manager SDET and play a key role in embedding generative AI capabilities across the entire QA ecosystem. Key Responsibilities - Design and orchestrate specialized AI agents for automated test case generation, script creation, data generation, and test execution - Develop LLM-powered assistants to provide test execution insights and defect analysis - Build conversational chatbots that enable real-time guidance and natural-language test transactions - Implement self-healing automation and Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions using test logs and requirements - Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and React-based quality dashboards - Build autonomous and workflow-based agents using CrewAI or similar agentic frameworks - Apply prompt engineering best practices to reduce token usage and improve output accuracy - Contribute to GenAI projects from ideation through deployment, iteration, and LLM performance evaluation - Build AI evaluation tools to certify accuracy, performance, and factual correctness - Mentor junior team members and lead hands-on AI development efforts - Communicate progress metrics and adoption strategies clearly to all stakeholders Required Qualifications - Proven experience building GenAI applications including LLM orchestration, RAG, and prompt engineering - Hands-on experience with Python, React, and orchestration frameworks such as Crew.ai or LangGraph - Familiarity with vector databases and ML-based models for non-text data - Experience with AWS or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated CI/CD/MLOps pipelines - Knowledge of key AWS services including VPC, IAM, ECS, S3, and Lambda - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science with 5 or more years of relevant experience Why Join Us At Docusign, you will contribute to technology that powers over 1.5 million customers and a billion users across 180 countries, making a real impact on how the world manages agreements. - Experience with GenAI application development including LLM orchestration and RAG - Proficiency in Python and React - Experience with orchestration frameworks like Crew.ai or LangGraph - Familiarity with vector databases and ML-based models - Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes - Knowledge of CI/CD and MLOps pipelines - Understanding of AWS services including VPC, IAM, ECS, S3, and Lambda - Strong prompt engineering skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience with Playwright or UiPath is a plus - Cloud, Solution Architect, or GenAI certification is preferred
