AI Developer (Agent)

Role Overview Escalent is seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to join our dynamic team in Noida. In this remote-first role, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered applications and intelligent workflows using Python. Key Responsibilities - Develop, test, and maintain AI-powered applications and intelligent workflows in a cloud-native environment. - Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services to integrate AI models and enterprise systems. - Build and optimize data pipelines for structured and unstructured data used in AI workflows. - Support the implementation of retrieval-based and prompt-driven experiences, including semantic search. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship AI-enabled features. - Write clean, structured, and well-documented code aligned with engineering standards and best practices. Required Qualifications - Five to eight years of Python development experience, with at least two years of dedicated AI or ML development. - Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. - Hands-on experience integrating AI models, LLM APIs, or automation frameworks into production applications. - Strong knowledge of database systems including SQL, NoSQL, and data storage patterns. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and containerization tools like Docker.
