Role Overview Vodafone Idea Limited (VIL) is seeking an AGM - Prepaid Marketing to manage and grow prepaid revenue for the cluster. In this strategic marketing role, you will drive customer retention, penetration, and prepaid subscription growth. Key Responsibilities - Deliver Prepaid customer base growth and revenue outcomes in line with business targets. - Drive Net Promoter Score (NPS) leadership and preference among prepaid consumers. - Win incremental category share from competitors through mobile number portability (MNP) strategies. - Support sales teams to drive new customer acquisitions through strong go-to-market execution. - Analyze consumer trends and competitive landscapes to build actionable customer propositions. - Leverage the 121 engine to improve customer engagement and grow prepaid contributions. - Promote digital payments usage to reduce customer churn and lower transactional costs. Required Qualifications - Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a tier one or tier two business school. - Two to five years of experience in consumer marketing with sales and distribution. - Prior experience managing a sales territory in the consumer goods or telecom sector. - Strong understanding of SEO, performance marketing, and digital media vehicles. - Excellent cross-functional coordination and ability to work in unstructured environments.
