Advisory Consultant - AI and Innovation

Role Overview Escalent is looking for a seasoned Advisory Consultant to join our AI and Innovation team in Noida. In this enterprise-wide role, you will report to the SVP of AI and Innovation and play an instrumental role in formulating and executing Escalent's AI strategy. You will lead key initiatives to integrate AI tools into corporate workflows and assist in developing in-house, monetizable AI products. Key Responsibilities - Assume end-to-end ownership of strategic AI, automation, and innovation initiatives from scoping to scaling. - Scope out research-focused AI products, features, and agents with a clear understanding of use cases and business impact. - Collaborate with product, development, and tech teams to draft product workflows and scaling plans. - Perform alpha and beta testing to stress-test new AI agents and features under various edge cases. - Address client RFPs and security questionnaires regarding Escalent's compliance and ethical approach to AI. - Liaise with third-party vendors to evaluate the functional and commercial viability of external AI tools. Required Qualifications - Post Graduate Degree or MBA from a reputed management institute is required. - Eight to twelve years of experience in delivering strategic research, insights, or consulting engagements. - Strong exposure to driving business development, internal process automation, or productized offerings. - Solid expertise in qualitative and quantitative primary research, desk research, and process analytics. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with an analytical and consultative approach to problem-solving.
