Role Overview
The Association of People with Disability (APD) is seeking a Rehab Coordinator and Admin to manage our Multidisciplinary Rehabilitation Unit in Bengaluru. In this vital role, you will coordinate administrative operations across physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech departments. Join our noble mission to deliver high-quality, inclusive healthcare and rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrative interface between doctors, therapists, and outreach teams.
- Manage centralized OPD registration, scheduling, patient flow, and follow-ups.
- Maintain real-time daily dashboards tracking registrations, caseloads, and Priority cases.
- Handle OPD billing, package transactions, and track donor-funded beneficiaries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards using MS Excel.
- Coordinate community outreach programs, multidisciplinary camps, and satellite clinics.
- Maintain accurate and confidential beneficiary records for auditing purposes.
Required Qualifications
- One or more years of experience in clinic, hospital, or rehabilitation center administration.
- Strong knowledge of office management, scheduling, and healthcare operational workflows.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and data tracking.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with therapists, caregivers, and NGOs.
- Proficiency in creating professional presentations and reports using PowerPoint.

Requirements
