Accounts Receivable Caller

Role Overview ACN Healthcare is seeking experienced AR Callers to join its expanding Revenue Cycle Management team in Bengaluru. This full-time opportunity is ideal for US Healthcare billing professionals who have a solid command of the insurance claims process and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment aligned with US business hours. You will play a critical role in maximising revenue recovery for healthcare clients by ensuring timely resolution of outstanding insurance claims. Key Responsibilities Reach out to US-based insurance carriers via outbound calls to follow up on pending and unresolved claims. Investigate and work towards resolution of denied, rejected, and underpaid claims. Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) documents to assess claim status and determine next steps. Maintain accurate and thorough records of all claim interactions and updates within the EPIC system. Identify patterns and root causes behind claim denials and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence. Collaborate closely with internal Billing, Coding, and Charge Entry teams to ensure seamless claim processing. Consistently achieve daily and monthly productivity benchmarks set by the management. Required Qualifications A minimum of one year of hands-on experience as an AR Caller in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management is essential. Proficiency in EPIC software is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong knowledge of medical billing workflows, the end-to-end insurance claim lifecycle, denial management practices, and medical coding systems including CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS. Effective communication and negotiation skills are necessary for productive interactions with insurance representatives. Willingness and availability to work night shifts in alignment with US time zones is mandatory. Minimum 1 year of experience as an AR Caller in US Healthcare RCM Hands-on working knowledge of EPIC software Strong understanding of medical billing and the insurance claim lifecycle Experience in denial management and handling rejected or underpaid claims Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS medical coding systems Ability to analyse EOBs and ERAs accurately Good verbal communication and negotiation skills Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours Experience in Physician Billing or Hospital Billing is an added advantage Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid processes is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Immediate availability to join is preferred
