Accounts Receivable Caller Associate

Role Overview ACN Healthcare is actively seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Caller Associate to join its growing US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team in Bengaluru. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with hands-on experience in AR calling, physician or hospital billing, and denial management within the US healthcare domain. Immediate joiners are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Conduct proactive follow-up on outstanding insurance claims to accelerate collections and reduce AR aging. Investigate and resolve denied or underpaid claims by coordinating with payers and internal teams. Manage escalated cases effectively, ensuring timely resolution and minimal revenue leakage. Maintain accurate documentation of all AR activities, call outcomes, and follow-up actions within the billing system. Identify trends in claim denials and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the RCM workflow. Required Qualifications Prior experience in AR calling within the US healthcare billing environment is essential. Solid understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), denial management, and claims adjudication processes. Familiarity with hospital billing or physician billing protocols and insurance verification procedures. Strong verbal communication skills suited for interacting with US-based insurance payers. Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, and meet productivity targets. 1 to 5 years of AR calling experience in US healthcare billing Demonstrated knowledge of hospital billing and physician billing processes Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) principles Experience in handling claim denials, rejections, and escalations Proficiency in AR follow-up workflows and insurance claim tracking Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to join immediately or at short notice Graduation not mandatory
