Accounts Receivable Analyst

Role Overview Tata Consultancy Services is conducting a Mega Walk-In drive at its Pune office to hire experienced Accounts Receivable Team Members. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity suited for finance and accounting graduates with hands-on experience in billing, reconciliation, and order-to-cash processes. Candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days and are comfortable with US shift hours are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities - Generate agency and direct-bill invoices for new policies, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations - Coordinate with servicing teams and producers to resolve missing or incorrect billing data - Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies raised by clients or insurance carriers - Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards - Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including cash applications and reconciliation Required Qualifications - Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education following a 10 plus 2 plus 3 structure - Non-technical graduation in finance or accounts such as B.Com or M.Com - 1 to 5 years of billing or accounting experience in insurance or financial services - Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Familiarity with agency management systems such as Applied Epic or AMS360 is preferred - Working knowledge of insurance terms, billing cycles, and order-to-cash workflows - Willingness to work in US Central Standard Time shift hours - Must possess a registered TCS EP ID and be prepared to carry all required documents to the venue Why Join Us TCS is one of India's most respected IT services and consulting companies offering a stable work environment, structured growth paths, and exposure to global finance operations.
