Accounting Analyst

Key Responsibilities - Manage cash application of payments received from global customers across various channels - Respond to inquiries and contact other departments or vendors to resolve invoice issues - Create accurate reports on financial performance for internal and external business use - Participate in special project groups and support ad hoc reporting requests - Maintain, implement, and adhere to internal controls while ensuring GAAP compliance - Verify that goods and services were delivered as promised before processing payments - Process accounts receivable credits, debits, adjustments, and maintain customer records Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline - Over 3 years of experience in Invoice to Cash and Accounts Receivable management - Hands-on ERP experience with Oracle systems is required for this role - Language proficiency in both English and Chinese is highly preferred - Deep knowledge of accounts receivable practices, billing rules, and closing cycles - Ability to work full-time onsite at our Whitefield, Bengaluru office location Why Join Us At Caterpillar, we support work-life harmony with earned leaves, relocation assistance, and health coverage. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting - At least 3 years of experience in Invoice to Cash and AR management - Essential hands-on ERP experience utilizing Oracle systems - Language proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred - Ability to work onsite five days a week in Whitefield, Bangalore
