Academic Director - NEET/JEE Programs

Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Academic Director to lead the NEET and JEE coaching programs at our institution based in Tambaram, Chennai. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of the academic ecosystem, driving strategic planning, curriculum design, faculty development, and student performance outcomes. This is a senior leadership role that demands both academic excellence and strong administrative capabilities in the competitive exam coaching space. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement an integrated curriculum framework aligned with NEET and JEE examination requirements including yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily academic planners - Review and validate question papers, mock tests, worksheets, assignments, and study materials to ensure appropriate difficulty levels and competency-based standards - Conduct regular classroom observations and academic audits, providing constructive feedback and mentoring to faculty members - Analyze mock test results, rank trends, and subject-wise performance data to identify learning gaps and implement targeted remedial strategies - Organize Faculty Development Programs, workshops, and training sessions to promote accountability and academic excellence - Coordinate with Academic Coordinators, Department Heads, and Management to ensure timely completion of syllabus, assessments, test series, and academic documentation - Prepare detailed academic analysis reports with actionable insights to continuously improve NEET and JEE selection outcomes - Standardize academic delivery across all batches and departments for consistent quality Required Qualifications - Masters Degree in Education or a relevant academic discipline - B.Ed. or M.Ed. qualification preferred - Additional certifications in competitive exam training, academic leadership, or educational management will be an advantage - Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in NEET and JEE teaching, academic coordination, or competitive exam coaching institutions - Proven track record of managing high-performing NEET and JEE programs and delivering strong examination results Why Join Us This is a rare opportunity to shape the academic future of aspiring medical and engineering students at a growing coaching institution in Chennai.
