Role Overview Ideagen is seeking a highly skilled Zuora CPQ and Billing Developer to join our Finance team in Hyderabad. In this support role, you will drive the implementation, customization, and optimization of our subscription billing and quote-to-cash processes. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement Zuora CPQ solutions to streamline our sales processes. - Configure and customize Zuora Billing to support subscription models and pricing structures. - Build and maintain integrations between Zuora and CRM, ERP, or data warehouse systems. - Design and maintain API integrations using Zuora REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs. - Develop custom reports, analytics dashboards, workflows, and automated business processes. - Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to support month-end close processes. - Maintain comprehensive system documentation, technical specifications, and process workflows. Required Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Three or more years of hands-on experience with Zuora CPQ and Zuora Billing. - Strong proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for system customizations. - In-depth understanding of subscription billing concepts and revenue recognition rules. - Practical experience with API integrations and web services development.
