WFM Program Manager II, RPE

Role Overview Amazon.com is seeking a customer-obsessed Workforce Management Program Manager II to lead mission-critical WFM initiatives within our Selling Partner Services team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will design and implement advanced WFM tools and solutions that optimize operations and support our business partners globally. Key Responsibilities - Lead engagements with cross-functional matrix partners to define, plan, and execute workforce management initiatives. - Create essential project artifacts including scope documentation, risk registers, charters, and detailed plans. - Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams to develop sustainable reporting mechanisms. - Incorporate new project plans into Amazon strategic planning cycles like OP1 and OP2. - Build feedback mechanisms to gather user inputs during the project lifecycle and drive continuous improvements. - Support customer teams through organizational change management strategies for successful project adoption. - Provide on-call support during nights or weekends and travel to company facilities as required. Required Qualifications - Bachelor degree in a relevant field of study. - Three or more years of experience in program or project management. - Three or more years of experience defining and implementing process improvements using data. - Hands-on experience in Workforce Management forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management. - Proficiency in intermediate Excel techniques including pivot tables, nested formulas, and data cleansing. - Strong ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
