UiPath Technical Architect

Role Overview Wipro is looking for a seasoned UiPath Technical Architect with a strong background in RPA and AI/ML technologies to join its growing engineering team in Pune. The ideal candidate brings 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade automation solutions that align with complex business needs. This is a full-time permanent role suited for a professional who can think strategically while managing technical execution end to end. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with IT leadership to understand current infrastructure gaps and define future-state technology requirements - Evaluate existing systems to determine upgrade feasibility or recommend fresh implementations based on business objectives - Develop detailed design blueprints and technical schematics for enterprise networking and automation systems - Lead end-to-end project management of system design, development, and deployment activities - Coordinate with software development teams to align system software requirements with architectural plans - Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations - Oversee seamless integration of all system components across the enterprise landscape - Benchmark and monitor performance of newly deployed or upgraded systems against defined KPIs - Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions and train internal staff on system workflows and best practices - Deliver actionable post-installation feedback and documentation to support continuous improvement Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field - 8 to 10 years of proven experience in a technical architect or similar senior technology role - Mandatory hands-on expertise in UiPath and AI/ML-based RPA platforms - Strong working knowledge of enterprise systems, networking modules, and software integration frameworks - Familiarity with programming languages, operating systems, and productivity software - Demonstrated managerial or team leadership experience in large-scale IT projects - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Advanced project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple concurrent workstreams Why Join Us Wipro is a globally recognised technology leader offering a dynamic environment where innovation and professional growth go hand in hand.
