UI/UX Architect

We are looking for an experienced Head of Design – UX/UI, App & Web (AI-Native) to lead the end-to-end product design function for DentalKart's web and mobile applications. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for defining the design vision, building scalable design systems, improving user experience, driving conversion through design, and leveraging AI-powered design workflows to accelerate innovation. Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design strategy across web and mobile applications. Define and maintain a premium, scalable design language and design system. Design intuitive user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. Improve key customer journeys including Search, Product Detail Pages (PDP), Cart, Checkout, and Onboarding. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze customer behavior to improve product experience. Mentor and lead the design team while maintaining high design quality standards. Utilize AI-powered design tools to improve design exploration, prototyping, and productivity.

Requirements

8+ years of

experience

in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Digital Product Design. Proven

experience

leading design teams and shipping consumer-facing digital products. Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, premium UI design, and design systems. Expertise in Figma, Design Systems, Prototyping, and Interaction Design.

Experience

designing for both Mobile Apps and Responsive Web platforms. Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and customer-centered design principles.

Experience

working closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle. Hands-on

experience

using AI-powered design tools to improve workflows and productivity.
