Role Overview Amazon is seeking a Transportation Representative to join our Network Operation Center in Hyderabad. The NOC is the command center for transportation execution, facilitating the flow of freight across our supply chain network. You will research, resolve shipping exceptions in real-time, and drive customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate flow of information between carriers, vendors, fulfillment centers, and software support teams. - Resolve transportation exceptions that impact customer experience and business continuity. - Systematically escalate issues to relevant owners and follow through to ensure timely resolution. - Communicate with external and internal stakeholders regarding weekly findings and goal variances. - Conduct data analysis of network exceptions to propose process changes and automate operations. - Handle inbound operations including vendor relationships, pickup, and delivery schedules. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience. - Experience managing or coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivots and lookup functions. - Good understanding of logistics operations, transportation, or supply chain concepts. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting data narratives.
