Key Responsibilities - Perform complex validations and apply logical and analytical skills to review cases thoroughly - Make informed decisions on finalising, approving, or rejecting documents and cases as per client guidelines - Follow up on open inquiries to gather and update additional data requirements - Act as a Subject Matter Expert and provide guidance to colleagues with less experience - Mentor new hires and offer training support to strengthen overall team performance - Identify and report adverse events to the client in a timely and accurate manner - Complete all assigned tasks with minimal supervision while adhering to established procedures - Comply with all applicable company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications - Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a recognised institution - Vocational training, certification, or equivalent hands-on work experience in transaction processing or related processes - Demonstrated proficiency in a range of operational processes, procedures, and systems - Strong analytical and logical problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently - Effective verbal and written communication skills for clear information exchange with team members and clients - Prior experience in a BPO, BPM, or finance and accounting environment is an advantage Why Join Us Conduent fosters an inclusive, equal-opportunity workplace where individuality is noticed and valued every single day.
