Job Description
Tele-Marketing Executive duties will include :
- Make telephone calls to new prospects & inform them about the full range of services offered by Whimsical Events.
- Generating leads in the sector of Exhibitions & Events, targeting high potential clients (Domestic as well as International)
- Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer
- Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
- Schedule appointments & fix meetings for sales staff to meet prospective customer.
- Taking client briefs and communicating them clearly to the team
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements in detail.
Graduation is must with good communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience into sales/ Tele marketing
- Telephone Etiquette is must.
- Must have good computer skills (Excel, Word, Mails)
