Technology Team Lead

Role Overview We are seeking a Technology Team Lead who will own the technology systems that enable impact across our organisation. This leadership role focuses on building reliable, scalable systems that support admissions processes, community engagement, program delivery, and operational efficiency. You will lead teams with clarity and accountability while ensuring technology strengthens business execution rather than existing in isolation.
