Technology Architect L2

Role Overview Wipro is looking for a skilled Technology Architect L2 to join its engineering team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in PostgreSQL Database Administration along with a strong command of enterprise networking systems, software integration, and IT infrastructure design. This role demands a strategic thinker who can translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performing technology solutions. Key Responsibilities - Consult with IT managers and stakeholders to assess current and future technology needs - Evaluate existing systems to determine upgrade feasibility or the need for fresh implementation - Develop detailed design ideas, architectural schematics, and system blueprints - Lead end-to-end project management for system design and deployment initiatives - Collaborate closely with software development teams to align system software requirements - Diagnose and resolve system-level issues in a timely and effective manner - Oversee seamless integration of all system components and moving parts - Benchmark the performance of newly installed or upgraded systems - Conduct training sessions for staff on updated system processes and procedures - Deliver post-installation assessments and feedback to stakeholders Required Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field - Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage - More than 10 years of hands-on experience in a technical architecture role - Proven managerial experience in leading cross-functional technology teams - Mandatory expertise in PostgreSQL Database Administration - Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, networking modules, and software integration - Familiarity with programming languages, operating systems, and productivity software - Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to interpret high-level specifications and convert them into practical system designs Why Join Us Wipro is a globally recognised IT services leader that offers you the opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation projects alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.
