Technology Architect L1

Role Overview Wipro is looking for a skilled Technology Architect L1 to join its engineering team in Chennai. This full-time permanent role requires a seasoned professional with 8 to 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture and a strong command of Google Cloud DevOps. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise along with the ability to lead end-to-end system design and implementation for large-scale enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with IT leadership to assess current infrastructure and define future technology requirements - Evaluate existing systems to determine upgrade feasibility or recommend full system replacements - Develop detailed design blueprints and architectural schematics for enterprise-level solutions - Lead project management efforts across the full lifecycle of system design and deployment - Coordinate with software development teams to align system software requirements with architectural goals - Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex system issues in a timely manner - Oversee seamless integration across all components of the enterprise system - Benchmark and measure post-deployment system performance against defined KPIs - Conduct staff training sessions on newly implemented system procedures - Deliver structured post-installation feedback and documentation to stakeholders Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline - 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in a technical architect or similar senior role - Mandatory expertise in Google Cloud DevOps - Strong understanding of enterprise systems, networking modules, and software integration - Proficiency in computer hardware, networking infrastructure, and operating systems - Working knowledge of programming languages and office productivity software - Advanced project management and stakeholder communication skills - Proven ability to translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical designs - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex IT challenges Why Join Us Wipro is a globally recognised IT services leader offering a dynamic work environment where architects have the opportunity to drive meaningful digital transformation at scale.
