Technology Architect L1

Role Overview Wipro is looking for a skilled Technology Architect L1 to join its engineering team in Bengaluru. This role demands a seasoned professional with 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise architecture, ETL testing, and system integration. The ideal candidate will be capable of designing and delivering scalable enterprise networking solutions that align with client goals and business requirements. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with IT managers to assess current and future technology needs of the organisation - Evaluate existing systems to determine upgrade feasibility or the need for new installations - Create and present detailed design schematics and architectural blueprints - Lead end-to-end project management for system design and implementation - Coordinate with software development teams to define system software requirements - Diagnose and resolve system issues in a timely and effective manner - Oversee all components of system integration to ensure seamless operations - Benchmark the performance of newly installed or upgraded systems - Conduct training sessions for internal staff on system procedures and best practices - Deliver post-installation reports and feedback to stakeholders Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field - 8 to 10 years of experience in a technical architect or similar senior IT role - Mandatory expertise in ETL Testing - Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, networking modules, and software integration - Familiarity with programming languages, operating systems, and enterprise office tools - Proven project management capabilities with the ability to handle complex, large-scale deployments - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to translate high-level business requirements into comprehensive technical designs Why Join Us Wipro is a globally recognised technology leader offering a dynamic work environment where innovation and growth go hand in hand.
