Role Overview Xactly Corp. is seeking a talented Technical Support Engineer - II to provide integration support for high-profile global customers. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex backend issues and deliver world-class technical support. Key Responsibilities - Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer integration issues. - Work with senior engineers to understand complex software concepts. - Troubleshoot file transfer protocol, server connection, and database issues. - Write and execute advanced SQL queries to analyze customer databases. - Connect to development and staging servers to test integration processes. - Collaborate with global teams in the US, UK, and Australia to deliver support. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Solid understanding of SQL developer tools and database query construction. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within global teams. - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
