Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with 10-15 years of proven success in managing complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management methodologies, technical expertise, and exceptional leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams towards successful project delivery. · Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of complex technical projects, from project initiation through completion.

· Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

· Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

· Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

· Build and manage cross-functional project teams, assigning responsibilities, and providing guidance to team members.

· Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project status to senior leadership and stakeholders.

· Drive effective communication and collaboration across different teams, departments, and external vendors.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices, and optimizing project management processes.

· Ensure compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and industry best practices.

· Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members, fostering their professional growth.

Required skills :-

· 10-15 years of project management experience in corporate set up

· Proven track record in leading/managing IT teams with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Additional certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CSPO), or relevant technical certifications can be beneficial.

· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.

· Strong technical background with a good understanding of software development, infrastructure, and technology trends.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholders, including executives, technical teams, and external partners.

Qualification :-

BE/BTech/MBA/MTech in Information Technology or equivalent qualification
