Technical Operations Engineer - APAC and MENA

Role Overview Equativ is looking for a skilled Technical Operations Engineer to support and accelerate regional growth across APAC and MENA markets. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to supply and demand clients while collaborating closely with internal Sales, Product, and R&D teams. You will bring a strong balance of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to drive programmatic revenue growth and client success. Key Responsibilities - Onboard, maintain, and grow client and prospect relationships to maximise the customer journey, including participation in major meetings, QBRs, and industry events - Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and become a subject matter expert to guide clients in their technology decisions - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across all stages of the programmatic chain for publishers and internal stakeholders - Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Quality teams to address client needs effectively - Identify and pursue revenue opportunities by partnering with relevant business stakeholders - Assess process gaps and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency - Coordinate and deliver training sessions to share technical knowledge across teams - Manage projects with a high level of autonomy and ownership Required Qualifications - Bachelor or Master degree in Technology or a related technical discipline - Minimum 4 years of experience in a technical role, preferably within the Ad Tech industry - Hands-on experience with ad tech technologies such as JSON, JavaScript, oRTB, and APIs - Familiarity with IAB standards including openRTB, Ads.txt, and Supply Chain Object - Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools such as Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, or Google Data Studio - Knowledge of adservers, programmatic buying and selling, and OTT or CTV environments is a strong advantage - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, self-starting work ethic Why Join Us Equativ offers a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment where you can take ownership of meaningful projects across high-growth markets in APAC and MENA.
