Technical Business Analysis Engineer III

As a Technical Business Analysis Engineer III, you will play a central role in bridging the gap between end-users and product development teams, driving complex projects from requirements gathering through to technical implementation. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary liaison between end-users and product development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment - Review, define, and document detailed project requirements and translate them into actionable technology solutions - Produce component specifications and convert these into comprehensive designs for implementation - Manage and communicate deliverable status and timelines to development teams and key stakeholders - Define and establish the go-to approach for system construction and integration - Direct and guide small project teams of business analysts across multiple client portfolio projects - Assist in preparing technical resource plans and provide expert advice on system development and integration - Apply relevant technical strategies, standards, policies, and best practices across all project activities Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognised college or university - 0 to 4 years of experience in business analysis, product development, or technical project management - Strong deductive reasoning and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to take new perspectives on existing solutions - Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance while also mentoring less experienced colleagues - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex or sensitive information clearly - Knowledge of business analysis best practices and experience working within cross-functional teams Why Join Us Conduent fosters an inclusive work culture where individual contributions are recognised and valued every day.
