Tech Support Analyst II

Role Overview At LPL Financial Global Capability Center in Hyderabad, we are expanding our team to empower financial advisors with modern technology solutions. As a Tech Support Analyst II, you will play a critical role in providing Tier 2 IT support to our internal employees across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities - Provide Tier 2 support for end-user computing devices and act as an escalation point for Tier 1 issues. - Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to laptops, desktops, printers, and wireless systems. - Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS operating systems along with proprietary applications. - Reimage computer hard drives and manage hardware setup, decommission, and move processes. - Configure and troubleshoot remote connectivity systems including VPN clients and network settings. - Partner with cross-functional IT teams, Active Directory, network groups, and vendors to resolve complex issues. Required Qualifications - At least 2 years of professional IT technical support experience in corporate environments. - Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS platforms and workstation setups. - Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and mobile device technologies. - Ability to work onsite five days a week at our corporate office in Hyderabad. - Strong collaborative attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
