T24 Developer with Data Migration - Temenos Data Hub Configurator

Role Overview Cognizant is looking for an experienced T24 Developer and Data Migration specialist to join its Integrated Solutions Group as a Product Configurator. In this role, you will design, configure, and optimise core banking data workflows built on Temenos Data Hub, working within a hybrid model to serve global financial clients. You will bridge the gap between product requirements and technical configurations that drive data availability, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities - Configure and optimise Temenos Data Hub components to support reliable data ingestion, transformation, and distribution across core banking and surrounding systems - Develop and maintain reusable configuration templates and data mappings to ensure consistency, scalability, and quality across international client deployments - Collaborate with business analysts and product managers to translate functional requirements into detailed Temenos Data Hub configuration specifications that meet regulatory and operational needs - Coordinate with application development and testing teams to validate end-to-end data flows and resolve configuration defects affecting performance or data quality - Implement version control and parameterisation practices for configurations to ensure traceability, auditability, and smooth environment promotion - Monitor production and pre-production data pipelines to identify bottlenecks or failures and apply corrective configuration changes to improve stability and throughput - Support incident and problem management by analysing configuration logs, data lineage, and runtime statistics to identify root causes and propose lasting fixes - Automate configuration deployment and validation tasks using scripts or scheduling tools to minimise manual effort and reduce operational risk - Document configuration standards, naming conventions, and deployment procedures to support consistent team adoption and faster onboarding - Engage with client-facing teams to clarify data requirements and ensure delivered solutions meet agreed service levels and compliance expectations Required Qualifications - Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with four to six years of hands-on experience in enterprise data or core banking environments - Deep practical experience configuring and supporting Temenos Data Hub, including data models, jobs, orchestration dependencies, and runtime monitoring - Strong proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and relational databases to design efficient structures and queries for financial services reporting and analytics - Solid understanding of core banking or financial applications including domain-specific data flows, regulatory constraints, and operational processes - Familiarity with job scheduling tools and basic scripting to automate recurring configuration tasks and deployment steps - Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with technical teams, business stakeholders, and operations staff in hybrid environments - Preferred certification as a Temenos Certified Professional in data or analytics, or equivalent certification in enterprise data integration or core banking technology - Experience with data warehousing, business intelligence, or cloud-based data platforms is a valued added advantage Why Join Us Cognizant offers a collaborative and growth-oriented environment where you will work on complex, high-impact projects for leading global financial institutions.
