Systems Analyst - Application Support

Role Overview Oracle is looking for a motivated Systems Analyst to join its Global Support Services (GSSS) team in Bengaluru. This is a premium, contractually committed support role within the Application Management Services (AMS) business group, providing round-the-clock Millennium and Soarian Solutions support to clients across Asia Pacific, Australia, and the United States. The role is billable and directly impacts critical patient safety and financial revenue outcomes for Oracle Cerner clients. Key Responsibilities - Troubleshoot and resolve front-end application issues by gathering information, using diagnostic tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows both internally and externally - Investigate issues through backend methods including capturing log files, querying database tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers - Manage and execute changes by strictly following the established Change Management Process - Respond to client-submitted service requests within contractually defined Service Level Agreements (SLA) maintaining a 95 percent or higher compliance rate - Prioritise work based on severity and urgency, balancing client needs against business requirements - Document all notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the full lifecycle of each investigation - Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure issues are escalated to and addressed by the right individuals - Communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and internal stakeholders through verbal and written channels Required Qualifications - Working knowledge of Oracle products and at least one supported platform - Hands-on experience with application troubleshooting, log file analysis, and database querying - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Ability to work independently with minimal guidance from senior engineers or management - Customer-focused mindset with the ability to empathize and deliver professional, high-quality support - Willingness to participate in product training and use self-learning tools and online documentation - Ability to meet KPI and performance targets consistently Why Join Us Oracle is a global leader in AI and cloud solutions, bringing together data, infrastructure, applications, and deep expertise to power life-changing innovations across industries.
