Subject Matter Expert

Role Overview Enovis Corporation is looking for a Subject Matter Expert to join our Revenue Cycle Management team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for accounts receivable follow-up and denial resolution through effective communication with U.S. insurance companies. Key Responsibilities - Train and mentor staff on updated RCM procedures, medical coding, and billing guidelines - Act as the primary knowledge source for billing, cash posting, credit balance, and denial management - Monitor key RCM metrics including Days in AR, aging above 90 days, and collections - Investigate claim denials, identify root causes, and implement strategies to reduce denial rates - Prepare and submit appeals for denied claims in compliance with payer guidelines - Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports using billing systems and MS Excel - Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA, state, and federal healthcare regulations - Recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and overall revenue cycle Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or an equivalent field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in U.S. healthcare RCM with proven expertise - Strong knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding guidelines - Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent and active listening abilities - Proficiency in practice management systems, payer portals, and MS Office tools - Flexibility to work in night shifts and align with U.S. time zones Why Join Us At Enovis, you will be part of an innovation-driven medical technology growth company.
