Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or relevant computer science fields. - Five or more years of experience in system support or technical operations. - Strong knowledge of change management and root cause analysis processes. - Excellent interpersonal and team coordination skills. - Sound spoken and written English communication abilities.
