Sr Technical Lead (Support & Operations)

Role Overview HCLTech is hiring an experienced Sr Technical Lead for our Chennai Support and Operations team. You will lead the delivery of Level 2 and Level 3 support, mentor junior engineers, and validate system changes. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of critical IT services and partner with major global business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Oversee on-time incident resolution and SLA compliance for escalated tickets. - Draft standard operating procedures and maintain detailed technical documentation. - Participate in capacity planning and evaluate change order implementation plans. - Conduct trend analysis and present root cause reports to key business stakeholders. - Resolve user issues by active participation in client feedback meetings. - Promote technical skill development and mentoring among team administrators. Required Qualifications - Graduation in engineering, computer science, or equivalent technical streams. - Five or more years of experience in enterprise system support and operations. - Strong familiarity with ITIL frameworks and compliance standards. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.
