Sr Technical Lead (Support & Operations)

Role Overview HCLTech is looking for a proactive Sr Technical Lead to join our Support and Operations division in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical escalations and providing guidance to administrators. Join our global team to lead service improvement initiatives and ensure seamless IT delivery for enterprise business segments. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and resolve escalated system incidents within agreed SLAs. - Mentor administrators, draft operational manuals, and share technical knowledge. - Review change order implementation plans to ensure operational compliance. - Lead root cause analysis and prepare performance reports for business reviews. - Engage with customers to identify issues and ensure high satisfaction. - Collaborate with capacity planning teams to optimize IT infrastructure. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent technical fields. - Five or more years of experience in technical service desks or IT operations. - Strong hands-on experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis. - Exceptional presentation and client-facing communication skills. - Ability to lead and motivate a team of technical professionals.
