Role Overview HCLTech is seeking an experienced Sr Technical Lead for Support and Operations in Chennai. Key Responsibilities - Ensure on-time resolution and quality compliance of escalated tickets as per SLAs. - Mentor administrators and team members while preparing standard operating procedures. - Maintain effective technical documentation and drive knowledge sharing across teams. - Validate change order implementation plans and ensure human error compliance. - Participate in capacity planning and system optimization initiatives. - Interact with business stakeholders and participate in customer review meetings. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Five or more years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or operations. - Strong expertise in managing escalated tickets and resolving complex technical issues. - Excellent stakeholder communication and team leadership skills. - Sound understanding of ITIL frameworks and compliance guidelines.
