Sr. Specialist - BI, Reporting and Data Visualization 4C

Role Overview Genpact is looking for a Sr. Specialist in BI, Reporting, and Data Visualization to join our team in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities - Design and build comprehensive dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau and Microsoft Excel - Prepare data-driven presentations for client meetings, internal reviews, and workshops - Formulate SQL database queries and analyze data structures in Snowflake or relational databases - Support delivery managers in refining reporting workflows and tracking program performance - Diagnose and troubleshoot data discrepancies and server patches during off-hours when needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams while showing high self-motivation to execute tasks independently Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field - Experience building data visualizations with Tableau, MS PowerPoint, and Microsoft SQL Server - Strong understanding of relational databases, schema designs, and descriptive statistics - Excellent problem-solving, active listening, client relationship, and communication skills - Certified Data Management Professional credentials are highly preferred Why Join Us Work with the best minds in a values-driven culture built on courage, curiosity, and integrity.
