Role Overview Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager for AWS Applied AI Solutions to lead supply chain operations for our physical retail and Just Walk Out technology. You will design, scale, and automate global supply chain processes to support store growth and launches in the US. Key Responsibilities - Define and execute long-term supply chain strategies to scale US retail stores and JWO technology. - Lead demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimization to balance cost and speed. - Drive logistics network design and process automation to simplify store launch operations. - Establish, monitor, and optimize KPIs covering operational costs, accuracy, and service quality. - Author reports and present data-driven recommendations to cross-functional global stakeholders. - Manage operational review inputs including monthly and quarterly business reviews. - Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing supply chain team based in India. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field. - Five or more years of experience in program or project management. - Three or more years of experience managing complex supply chain operations. - Proven experience using metrics and data analysis to drive process improvements. - Experience owning program strategy and communicating technical results to senior leadership. - Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of experience in supply chain management - Experience using data and metrics to drive process improvements - Experience presenting to senior leadership and global stakeholders - MBA or PMP certification is preferred
