Sr. Program Manager, Transparency

Role Overview Amazon is seeking a dynamic Sr. Program Manager for our global Transparency program to lead brand abuse prevention and consumer engagement initiatives. In this role, you will define long-term strategies and collaborate with global cross-functional partners to protect brands and enhance customer experiences. Key Responsibilities - Define and execute the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for brand abuse and consumer engagement programs. - Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and marketing stakeholders to design and deliver global solutions. - Own the program roadmap across ideation, research, experimentation, and international go-to-market strategies. - Manage resource prioritization, project tradeoffs, and communications with senior leadership. - Partner with business development teams to translate customer insights into high-quality experiences. - Monitor metrics and program health to continuously lower cost-to-serve and improve operational efficiency. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant professional field. - Five or more years of experience in program or project management, with a track record of global delivery. - Proven experience using data and metrics to determine priorities and drive continuous improvements. - Strong ability to own program strategy and communicate complex results to senior executive leadership. - Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing business environment.
