Sr Manager, Product Management, Amazon Customer Service

Role Overview Amazon Customer Service is looking for a customer-obsessed Senior Product Management Manager to lead the Dynamic Andon Response Team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will lead a team of product, program, and quality managers to design and execute long-term strategic solutions that eliminate defects. Key Responsibilities - Lead multiple product, program, and analytics teams to eliminate sources of customer friction. - Own the DART usage rate improvement vision and define the roadmap of strategic initiatives. - Distill diverse inputs from customers and stakeholders to design sustainable long-term solutions. - Drive upstream and downstream product and programmatic enhancements to reduce defect rates. - Influence senior leadership on priorities and systemic customer experience issues through metrics. - Build reporting dashboards and tools to measure and track customer impact accurately. - Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing product managers and business analysts. Required Qualifications - Bachelor degree in a relevant academic discipline. - Twelve or more years of experience in product management, program management, or technology. - Six or more years of direct people management experience leading high-performing teams. - Extensive experience owning and driving product roadmap strategy and end-to-end delivery. - Proven capability to manage complex systems and negotiate technical trade-offs.
