Role Overview Honeywell is looking for a Sr IT Customer Support Specialist to join our Workplace Support Service team in Pune. In this role, you will drive consistent IT service delivery, supplier performance, and customer-centric support. You will collaborate with IT partners, lead deployments, and support critical transformation projects to power continued business growth. Key Responsibilities - Lead the development, deployment, and ongoing management of the IT support model for employees. - Deliver qualitative IT support and services through a robust management operating system framework. - Collaborate with cross-functional IT service owners and business partners to enable workplace productivity. - Establish procedural frameworks for managing third-party IT suppliers, SLAs, and contractual commitments. - Build and follow rigorous policy frameworks to maintain IT compliance and business continuity. - Support key digital transformation initiatives, enterprise projects, and system upgrades across the site. - Address and resolve customer escalations to improve overall user experience and reduce IT effort. Required Qualifications - Five or more years of site IT support and customer-facing IT experience with operational responsibilities. - Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, site-based support, and cross-functional IT collaboration. - Proven experience managing third-party IT suppliers and managed service agreements. - Experience in a large enterprise environment supporting the deployment of large-scale IT projects. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
