Key Responsibilities - Perform accurate data entry and maintain information integrity within functional systems. - Support the audit and review process of organizational data housed in the systems. - Analyze and enter organizational updates and structure changes to keep records accurate. - Collaborate with diverse departments and Centers of Excellence (COE) for data consistency. - Participate in technical projects focused on data integrity and system workflow improvements. - Assist in testing, deployment, and training phases for various system enhancements. - Generate reports and analyses to provide administrative support to the department. - Adhere to Comcast's operating principles and put the customer experience first. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or a related field of study. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data entry tasks with high accuracy. - Basic knowledge of system testing, data workflows, and database integrity. - Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
