Solutions Architect

Role Overview Tesseract Core Software Solutions, established in 2025 in partnership with Vendavo Inc., is looking for an experienced Services Solution Architect to join its growing implementation team in Chennai. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that delivers certified implementation services to Vendavo's global enterprise clients across pricing, CPQ, and quoting platforms. You will play a pivotal role in translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions that drive measurable outcomes for enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities - Design end-to-end customer implementation solutions across CPQ, Pricepoint, and enterprise workflow platforms - Own the bridge between business requirements and the final delivered solution, covering process design, configuration, integrations, data architecture, security, and deployment decisions - Lead customer-facing solution design sessions and manage technical scope throughout the project lifecycle - Partner with project managers and engineering teams to ensure delivery alignment and solution integrity - Guide integration and data migration activities while maintaining compliance with platform and security standards - Support UAT planning, reporting configuration, and deployment readiness activities Required Qualifications - Minimum seven years of experience in enterprise software implementation, solution architecture, technical consulting, or systems delivery - Demonstrated ability to lead customer solution design and manage technical scope on complex engagements - Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: CPQ, pricing platforms, CRM, ERP, SaaS applications, REST APIs, data migration, or workflow automation - Strong consulting judgment and the ability to earn credibility with both technical and business stakeholders - Experience partnering with cross-functional project and engineering teams in a services delivery environment Why Join Us Tesseract Core Software Solutions offers a steady pipeline of meaningful enterprise implementation projects backed by a strong partnership with Vendavo Inc., giving you real growth opportunities in a high-demand space. - 7+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation or solution architecture - Proven track record of leading customer solution design and managing technical scope - Experience with CPQ, pricing platforms, CRM, or ERP systems - Familiarity with SaaS platforms, REST APIs, and data migration processes - Knowledge of workflow automation, UAT planning, and deployment strategies - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to bridge business requirements and technical delivery
