Software Engineering Manager - SAP

Role Overview Khanal Foods Pvt Ltd. is seeking a skilled and hands-on Software Engineering Manager with deep SAP expertise to lead application development, enterprise integrations, and technology transformation initiatives. This is a full-time mid-senior level opportunity based in Bengaluru for a professional who combines strong technical knowledge with the ability to manage and inspire engineering teams. Key Responsibilities - Lead, guide, and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions - Drive end-to-end SAP development and system integration projects - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to align deliverables with organisational goals - Ensure that all application deliveries meet standards of quality, scalability, and security - Oversee SAP implementation or migration efforts as required - Champion Agile and Scrum methodologies across project lifecycles Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field from a reputed institution such as IITs, NITs, BITS, IIITs, or IIMs - Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering, technical leadership, or SAP solution delivery - Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP - Hands-on experience with API development and enterprise integrations - Knowledge of SAP CPI or SAP PI/PO is an added advantage - Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is preferred - Prior experience with leading product companies or large-scale digital transformation programs is highly desirable Why Join Us Khanal Foods Pvt Ltd. offers a dynamic environment where technology leadership meets real business impact.
