Software Engineer II

Role Overview Precision Medicine Group is looking for a Software Engineer II to join its Technical Operations team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, updating, and maintaining client-facing healthcare applications while ensuring compliance with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory guidelines. You will work closely with infrastructure support teams, engagement teams, and application development professionals to deliver reliable software solutions. Key Responsibilities - Configure and update client-facing applications in accordance with requirements gathered by engagement teams and MLR guidelines - Represent the Application Operations and Development team across all active projects and participate in daily stand-up meetings - Follow established change management procedures and maintain standard operating procedures documentation - Create WIKI articles for commonly repeated processes to support knowledge sharing - Coordinate with the Application Development Team to deploy software releases in User Acceptance Testing and Production environments - Set up environments for new implementations and configure Single Sign On integrations for client builds - Support the development of product unit tests for future regression testing - Measure application development key performance indicators such as bug density, sprint analysis, and test coverage - Collaborate with the Product Team to implement new application enhancements and features - Interact with end users, internal stakeholders, development vendors, and data analysts Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Technology or Engineering with a focus on Computer Science or equivalent discipline - 2 to 4 years of experience as an application engineer, developer, or support professional - Strong understanding of GIT fundamentals and hands-on day-to-day experience - Proficiency in SQL Server, Windows, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery - Experience working within an Agile Development Lifecycle - Familiarity with web application configuration and templating - Operational knowledge of Team Foundation Server, Azure DevOps, and Octopus - Understanding of continuous integration and deployment methodologies - Working knowledge of US Healthcare or Market Access is an advantage - Experience with Veeva or Salesforce is a plus - Knowledge of React, Angular, or .NetCore is preferred - Familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner and healthcare standards like HL7 and SMART on FHIR is preferred Why Join Us Precision Medicine Group offers a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment where your technical contributions directly impact the healthcare industry.
