Software Engineer

Role Overview NexionPro Services is seeking an experienced Software Engineer in Bengaluru to design, develop, and support robust NICE Actimize solutions. In this critical role, you will focus on implementing sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and AML compliance systems to prevent financial crimes. You will collaborate closely with compliance, banking, and technology teams to enhance system configurations, rules, and workflows. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, configure, and maintain NICE Actimize compliance solutions - Implement and optimize Sanctions Screening, Transaction Screening, and Payment Screening processes - Work on PEP, AML, and Watchlist Filtering configurations to meet regulatory standards - Collaborate with compliance and technology partners to define workflows, alerts, and rules - Troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs, and optimize database and system performances - Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, system testing, and deployment cycles Required Qualifications - Proven software engineering experience with strong technical exposure to NICE Actimize modules - Hands-on experience configuring sanctions, transaction, and payment screening workflows - Sound knowledge of global compliance standards including OFAC, PEP, and AML regulations - Familiarity with technology stacks like Java, SQL, Unix/Linux, XML, or API integrations - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail Why Join Us NexionPro Services offers a dynamic platform to build specialized skills in financial technology and compliance.
