Site Reliability Engineer

Role Overview Enterpret is a customer intelligence platform trusted by leading companies like Notion, Canva, and Perplexity to decode unstructured customer feedback and drive smarter product decisions. We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru who is passionate about cloud infrastructure, developer experience, and AI-enabled engineering workflows. This role goes beyond traditional DevOps and sits at the crossroads of platform engineering, cloud reliability, security, cost optimisation, and developer productivity. Key Responsibilities - Manage and continuously improve AWS-based infrastructure and services across the platform - Operate and enhance containerized workloads running on ECS and EKS - Build and maintain CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions and modern deployment practices - Strengthen cloud security, governance, access controls, and infrastructure compliance - Design and implement cost-efficient cloud architecture and optimisation strategies - Build internal tooling, self-service workflows, and platform capabilities to boost developer productivity - Partner with engineering teams to streamline how software is developed, tested, deployed, and operated - Evaluate and integrate AI-powered engineering tools to improve coding, debugging, documentation, and operational workflows Required Qualifications - 3 to 4 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering - Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including Fargate, DynamoDB, RDS, and S3 - Proven experience working with ECS and/or EKS and containerized application deployments using Docker - Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or similar tools - Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation - Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, IAM, security groups, load balancers, and cloud security best practices - Comfortable scripting and automating tasks using Python, Go, or similar languages - Interest in Developer Experience and familiarity with AI and LLM-powered tools for engineering productivity Why Join Us At Enterpret, you will work on a genuinely AI-native product built on LLMs at its core, with a modern tech stack including Go, ClickHouse, and AWS. - 3 to 4 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering - Strong hands-on AWS experience - Experience with ECS and EKS - Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments - CI/CD pipeline experience using GitHub Actions or similar - Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform or CloudFormation - Knowledge of networking, IAM, security groups, and cloud security best practices - Scripting and automation skills in Python or Go - Strong debugging, problem-solving, and ownership mindset - Interest in Developer Experience and AI-assisted engineering tools
