Site Engineer

• Willing to travel project location
• Manage and execute BMS/ HVAC projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for project execution.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Resolve technical issues, conflicts, and challenges that arise during project execution.
• Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Support commissioning, testing, and startup activities for BMS/HVAC systems.
• Prepare project documentation including reports, drawings, and as-built records.
• Programming the DDC and commission as per the

Requirements

• Design, develop, and test mechatronic systems and components, including automation systems, and electromechanical devices.
• Strong knowledge of DDC programming, BMS/HVAC systems, equipment, and components
• Strong knowledge on basic mechanical fundamentals
• Strong knowledge on basic electrical system
• Strong knowledge on HVAC systems
• Strong knowledge on BACnet, MODBUS, etc communication protocols
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechatronic systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
