Team Leader - Software Engineering

Graylinx Private Limited is seeking an experienced, talented and motivated Team Leader with a strong technical foundation and a passion for innovation. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and deployment of cutting-edge solutions in areas such as networking, machine learning, analytics, and full-stack development, by coordinating a team of engineers, apart from hands-on contributing by self.

Requirements

Solution Development: Design, develop, and maintain software (using Python, JavaScript, etc) Full stack development Usage of standard tools for efficiency

Experience

in DevOps, Docker Follow Industry standard processes for software development, configuration management, release management, etc. Eye for detail, Quality, anticipating problems, preventing them Machine Learning and Analytics: Design and develop machine learning models for classification, regression, optimization MLOps Data analytics and generation of actionable insights Awareness of popular systems like AWS, Azure, Digital Ocean, etc. Networking and System Integration: Knowledge of IP networking, Internet of Things Knowledge of protocols to interface with non-IP systems Understanding of different protocols, implications of scale Systems / Embedded

Embedded Systems: Interfacing with different types of Controllers System engineering Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to gather
