Siemens Opcenter MES Consultant

Role Overview Cloudxtreme is looking for skilled Siemens Opcenter MES Consultants to join its growing delivery practice. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), particularly within the Siemens Opcenter ecosystem, who are ready to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives for global manufacturing clients. Multiple openings are available across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Delhi NCR. Key Responsibilities As a Siemens Opcenter Consultant, you will deliver functional and technical support for Siemens MES platforms including Opcenter Execution Core, Opcenter Discrete, APS, AIP, and Connect MOM across diverse manufacturing environments. You will contribute to master data setup for products and processes, assist in system go-lives, and ensure post-deployment stability. Working closely with project managers and senior stakeholders, you will validate configurations and customizations during development, testing, and deployment phases, while providing technical gap-analysis and solution recommendations. You will also participate in high-level design discussions and contribute to long-term solution sustainability strategies. Required Qualifications Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, a STEM discipline, or equivalent, with a minimum of three years of relevant MES application experience, strong Siemens Opcenter knowledge, shop floor and ERP/PLM integration expertise, and excellent client communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, STEM, or equivalent field Minimum 3 years of experience supporting or implementing Siemens Opcenter, APS, or comparable MES platforms Proven experience integrating MES with shop floor systems, ERP, PLM, and related enterprise applications Ability to debug end-user-reported issues and develop reliable fixes Proficiency in incident documentation, requirements gathering, test plan creation, test execution, and solution documentation Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to manage expectations during large-scale digital transformations Experience facilitating requirements validation workshops, data model design sessions, and configuration reviews Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and team-building capabilities Willingness to work in rotational shifts to support global regions Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred: Knowledge of MES design, development, testing, and implementation lifecycle Preferred: Hands-on experience with Opcenter Execution Core, Opcenter Discrete, APS, AIP, or Connect MOM Preferred: Experience in interface or integration development Preferred: Working knowledge of SQL Preferred: Strong presentation skills using tools such as MS Visio and MS PowerPoint Preferred: Experience with Siemens MES Global Manufacturing Suites
