ServiceNow Security Operations Developer

Role Overview Bosontech is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Developer. In this role, you will configure and support modules like Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Threat Intelligence. You will lead module upgrades, data cleanup, and security tool integrations (Tenable, Splunk), ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed across the platform. Key Responsibilities - Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow SecOps modules (SIR, VR, Threat Intelligence) - Perform complex configurations including reverting roles, ACLs, and forms back to OOTB states - Integrate ServiceNow with third-party security platforms like Tenable and Splunk - Resolve system bugs, provide platform troubleshooting support, and manage patches/upgrades - Lead design sessions, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers in ServiceNow coding standards Required Qualifications - 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow application development - Strong expertise in ServiceNow SecOps applications (SIR, VR, Threat Intelligence) - Experience with Tenable and Splunk integrations on ServiceNow - Proven ability to manage ACLs, roles, forms, and custom dashboard reporting - Strong leadership, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills - Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent field Why Join Us Bosontech IT Services offers a dynamic platform for IT professionals to work on cutting-edge enterprise cloud solutions.
